Since ancient times, Daga Park has been famous for the superb view of the rocks reflected in the water. In May, a colony of poplar trees with white flowers blooming on the cliff was selected as one of the Eight Views of Jeonju.
As can be seen in "Dagasafu: Scenery of Hallangs aiming at a target in a group of snow-white poplar flowers flying along the water ridge along the riverside of Daga River", which expresses the Eight Sceneries of Jeonju, under Daga Park, there is a historic archery site "Cheonyangjeong".
Since 1995, in parallel with the Pungnam Festival, it has been providing a unique attraction by reproducing the "No Class Examination".
At the top of the park, you can see the monument of the 26th Bulmangbi and Seonjeongbi, and the quarrel of Garam Lee Byung-gi, a great tree of sijo literature. |
